Are you looking to build a strong career? Then we have an opportunity for you! We currently have an opening for a Corporate Human Resources Manager located at RCP's headquarters in Lake Forest, IL.
As the Corporate Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for supporting 1200+ salaried employees across all functions including Supply Chain, Information Technology, Sales, Finance, Procurement, Legal, EHS, Business Transformation, Marketing, and the international team. You will be responsible for supporting the Executive Vice President- Human Resources on items including hiring, Leave of Absence, terminations, performance management, and employee relations issues. You will have the opportunity to:
- Interact with business leaders across the organization
- Partner with the HR Centers of Excellence, including Compensation and Administration, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Workforce Analytics and Systems, and DEI
- Build HR capabilities and skills that are strategic and transformative
- Ensure our teams drive and shape the culture

Ultimately, you will identify and implement improvements to optimize use and drive performance objectives across the organization and will integrate business strategy and values into an aligned HR strategy to drive business results.

We need you to have:
- BA/BS degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Excellent capabilities in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook
Icing on the cake:
- MBA or other advanced degree
- PHR or SPHR/SHRM-CP or SCP certification
