Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Answers phones and processes mail for the HR department.Makes photocopies; mails, scans and emails documents; and performs other clerical functions.Performs data entry for new hires and position changes.Maintains department records, uploads and files documents into appropriate team member files.Assists with on-boarding process.Performs customer service functions by answering team member requests and questions.Provides clerical and operational support to other human resource staff.Protects organization's value by maintaining a high level of confidentiality.Other responsibilities and projects as assigned.

Qualifications:
High School or GED preferredPrevious HR experience strongly preferred
