About the Position

This position is responsible for administering and supporting a wide range of Human Resources programs, policies, and practices. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge and demonstrated experience across multiple HR disciplines. Key responsibilities span the areas of payroll administration, benefits, protected leave administration, recruitment, applicant screening, employee onboarding, workplace safety, and workers' compensation. This role may specialize in one or more areas but will be expected to contribute to and support all HR functions as needed.

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (Full Time)

What You'll Make

$5,000 - $6,000 per month DOE/Credentials.

What You'll Need
Must have Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, OR equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience that demonstrates required knowledge and skills to perform the positionThree (3) years' HR experience, PHR and/or SHRM-CP preferred
Successful applicants MUST have the ability to pass a DHS criminal background check.

This position requires the ability to frequently sit, talk, listen, and use hands and fingers. It may require the ability to occasionally walk, climb stairs and ladders, bend, stoop, squat/kneel, and perform other physical tasks as applicable; as well as lift, carry, push, and pull up to 20 pounds.
