We are currently looking to add a Mergers and Acquisitions, Human Resources Manager to our Denver HQ team. This is an on-site position in our downtown Denver headquarters and reports to the CHRO.

Position Overview:

As the Manager, HR M&A, you will be a crucial member of the HR and M&A team at Frontline. This team drives the people agenda as part of Frontline's inorganic growth and diversification strategy through efficient deal execution, due diligence, and integration. You will work closely with the Diligence and Integrations teams, HR Leadership, and Division HR leaders to manage all aspects of HR M&A, including due diligence, planning, retention, key employee analysis, integration planning, employee onboarding/offboarding, and employee communications.

During periods with limited or no M&A activity, you will partner with HR Division Managers, Benefits Manager, and CHRO to provide project management, strategic support, and process improvement in HR operations.

Responsibilities:
Project manage and ensure HR due diligence from project kick-off to integration, potentially managing multiple concurrent transactions. Develop and maintain scalable HR-focused M&A processes, identify lessons learned, and ensure continuous process improvement. Develop project plans, track progress, and partner with stakeholders within and outside HR to ensure deadlines are met. Identify, track, and monitor HR-related risks on each project. Drive the M&A process by identifying and leading cross-functional teams. Provide change management leadership by partnering with divisions and HR stakeholders to ensure organizational effectiveness, cohesion, and assimilation. Lead HR-related M&A communications and engage key stakeholders and leadership throughout the M&A process. Understand deal-specific M&A requirements and cross-functional interdependencies (within HR and with key partners such as IT, Finance, Payroll, Legal, and Procurement). Build and manage detailed project management plans for M&A transactions, from due diligence to integration, and manage all HR activities including resource allocations, budgets, timeframes, and interdependencies. Oversee HR due diligence for the deals within your scope, applying subject matter expertise and coaching or supporting HR Workstreams on their diligence deliverables. Partner with HR and cross-functional teams in updating and evolving HR's M&A strategies and manage continuous improvement projects. Ensure prioritization on deal-specific needs and monitor execution risk and interdependencies across deals. Develop, maintain, and present materials used for updating HR, Corporate Development, and Business leadership. Lead weekly HR M&A team meetings, maintain the risk and issue logs, assist with identifying risks or issues and mitigation measures, and create and deliver weekly status reports. Review and provide input on purchase agreements and disclosure schedules, presentation materials, welcome documents, and FAQs. Define relevant post-close integration milestones and talent KPIs/metrics for measuring integration success or progress for deals within your scope.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of project management or related work experience. Deep understanding of core HR disciplines, including employee relations, compensation & benefits, and organizational development. 3+ years of M&A project management experience including due diligence and integration planning. Strong relationship skills, comfortable working in an environment with tight deadlines. Advanced program management skills and a demonstrated ability to track cross-functional teams and external advisers. Ability to absorb, analyze, and process large quantities of disparate information and synthesize quickly with attention to detail. Advanced Excel skills. Excellent communication skills, including the ability to effectively present to executive audiences.
Preferred Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in HR with broad responsibilities, such as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner role. 3+ years of work experience in a role requiring interaction with senior leadership (e.g., VP level and above). Deep understanding of the key M&A activities for each phase of the deal life cycle (due diligence, integration planning, signing, close, post-close). Experience with owning and managing sensitive employee demographic and compensation data through all phases of acquisition, focusing on data integrity, analysis, and reporting. Deep understanding of HR principles (e.g. recruiting, change management, compensation, benefits). Strong project management skills, including demonstrated ability to think end-to-end and manage multiple long-term projects simultaneously with tight deadlines and rapidly shifting priorities. Excellent attention to detail, hands-on mentality, exceptional communication, and interpersonal skills.

COMPETITIVE PAY/BENEFITS PACKAGE
Pay range will be commensurate with knowledge/skills/abilities but should fall in the range of $80-110K. Excellent medical, dental, vision, life insurance and 401(k) benefits including a company match
