Summary
The Senior Specialist, Integrated Marketing (B2B2C) Strategy is a dynamic role responsible for leading and executing omnichannel marketing campaigns that engage and activate B2B2C audiences. This position requires a blend of strategic planning, project management, and hands-on execution to bring high-impact initiatives to life. The ideal candidate excels in a fast-paced, matrixed organization, adeptly managing timelines, cross-functional dependencies, and multiple stakeholders. The Senior Specialist is a strategic thinker who can transform a single idea into a fully integrated campaign that drives measurable business results.
Responsibilities Leads the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns aligned with key SHRM priorities, ensuring seamless integration across all touchpoints.Develops and manages comprehensive project timelines, deliverables, and workflows, coordinating efforts across internal teams and external partners.Oversees the creation of compelling campaign assets, including digital, print, email, social media, and other formats, ensuring alignment with a cohesive narrative and strategic objectives.Acts as a strategic partner to marketing leadership, collaborating cross-functionally with subject matter experts, marketing teams, and key stakeholders to drive impact.Monitors key campaign milestones, provides regular progress reports, and proactively manage risks, roadblocks, and shifting priorities.Offers strategic input on messaging, channel mix, and campaign structure to optimize engagement and conversion.Supports high-visibility initiatives and special projects that contribute to SHRM's success.
Education & Experience Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Experience:
5+ years of experience in marketing, project management, or communications, with a strong track record of executing successful B2B2C campaigns.Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesDisciplined self-starter who seeks opportunities to be proactive and enhance knowledge, skills and abilities.Proven ability to manage and execute complex, cross-functional marketing campaigns targeting B2B2C audiences.Deep expertise in marketing strategy, brand messaging, audience segmentation, and personalized marketing approaches.Strong proficiency in campaign performance reporting, data analysis, and translating insights into actionable recommendations.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentations and reporting.Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset, capable of interpreting data to craft compelling narratives.Proficiency with project management tools, marketing automation platforms, and workflow optimization.Highly organized, adaptable, and solutions-oriented, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and shifting priorities.Knowledge of membership-driven organizations, associations, and agency experience is a plusFamiliarity with Marketo, Monday.com, Jira and AI tools is a plus.

Work Environment
Hybrid Position (3 Days In-Office, 2 Days Remote):
This position follows a hybrid work schedule, requiring in-office presence [three days per week] and remote work [two days per week]. Core work hours will be designated by the department. The office environment includes a standard workstation setup with collaborative spaces, while remote work requires a reliable high-speed internet connection and a suitable home workspace. Employees must maintain availability during standard business hours and adhere to company policies for both in-office and remote work.

The hiring range for this position is $78,000 to $95,000 per year. This range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications. SHRM offers a competitive and comprehensive total rewards package.
