Responsibilities
Infiltrator Water Technologies, headquartered in Old Saybrook, CT is seeking an experienced Payroll & Benefits Manager to oversee Payroll, Benefits and Compliance. This role will oversee a team of HR / Payroll professionals supporting an organization of over 1,000 employees in multiple locations. As part of a larger corporation within a public company, this role will collaborate with HR teams across the organization to ensure seamless integration and alignment of HR operations. This role will be responsible for:
Managing the entire payroll process within IWTOversee Benefit AdministrationEnsure HR complianceServe as system administrator for all HR systemsManage KPIs for the departmentOversee daily workflow for the department
The ideal candidate should have a degree in HR, Business or related field, 7+ years managing payroll, benefits and HR compliance, industry recognized payroll certification a plus and excellent communication and computer skills.
