Position Overview:

We're looking for a Human Resources Generalist to join our growing HR team! This role supports the full employee lifecycle, with a focus on employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR operations. You'll serve as a trusted partner on sensitive matters, ensuring consistency and fairness across the organization. Key Responsibilities:

Employee Relations & Compliance
Act as the first point of contact for employee relations concerns; document and escalate as neededMaintain accurate records of coaching, corrective actions, and investigationsSupport HRBPs with performance and discipline documentationIdentify trends and share insights for proactive HR planningEnsure compliance with employment laws and company policies
Performance & Policy Execution
Track and follow up on performance casesDraft corrective actions, performance improvement plans (PIPs), and coaching documentsPromote consistent application of policies across teamsSupport rollout of HR initiatives and engagement programs
Hiring & Onboarding Support
Coordinate interview scheduling, offers, and new hire onboarding with Talent Acquisition and HRBPsAnswer policy questions related to hiring and onboardingDraft and revise job descriptions as neededMonitor onboarding experience and flag issues for resolution
HR Operations & Lifecycle Management
Support HR processes like open enrollment and leave administrationPartner with HR Coordinator on employment status changes and data accuracyMonitor process timelines and follow up on outstanding items
Expected Skills and Qualifications:
5+ years of HR Generalist or related experience, with emphasis on employee relations and performance managementBachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience. Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and compliance in multi-site environmentsProficient in Microsoft 365; HRIS experience required (UKG Pro preferred)Experience with exempt and non-exempt employee populationsFamiliarity with benefits, leave management, and payroll impactsDiscreet, empathetic, and professional in handling sensitive mattersExcellent communication, organization, and follow-throughComfortable working independently and influencing without authority
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
Experience managing employee relations cases from intake through resolutionAbility to clearly explain HR policies and proceduresStrong critical thinking and problem-solving skillsComfortable handling difficult conversations and supporting leaders through them
Travel:
Occasional travel may be required based on business needs.
The annual salary range for this position in the specified geographic location is $91,000 - $97,000. The actual salary will be based on factors such as location, experience, skills, and qualifications. In addition to the base salary, employees may be eligible for discretionary bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.
