About the Role
Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, this role will create and implement innovative HR solutions across multiple departments, facilities, and functions. The HR Business Partner will collaborate with stakeholders and HR colleagues to align people strategies with business objectives, enhance leadership capabilities, drive performance excellence, and optimize organizational structure. This strategic advisor will partner with business leaders across global corporate functions in our dynamic, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate excels in complex, high-growth settings, responds quickly to changing needs, and demonstrates superior analytical skills and precision in their work.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with business leaders to deliver effective HR solutions supporting a dynamic workforce in the US and Canada.Serve as a trusted advisor on a broad range of HR matters, including performance management, talent development, employee relations, leadership coaching, workforce planning, and general HR support.Analyze HR data to drive decisions, identify trends, and proactively solve organizational challenges.Ensure alignment of HR practices with business objectives, driving change initiatives and supporting the adoption of new technologies, including AI.Collaborate with offshore shared services teams to optimize transactional HR activities and service delivery.Manage complex problem-solving and transactional HR activities with a focus on accuracy and speed.Support immigration processes as needed.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices across supported regions.Demonstrate strong influence and assertiveness to drive results.

To be ahead of the pack, you might have:
Post-secondary education with certification in Human Resources5+ years' experience in a similar role. Preference will be given to those candidates who have both US and Canadian HR experience. Any global experience is an assetGeneral knowledge of all areas of Human ResourcesPrevious experience with Oracle HCM is preferred Experience within the software industry or in a private equity-backed company is preferredProven track record of driving initiatives with little supervisionA critical eye with exceptional attention to detailAbility to handle employee relations in a professional, tactful and confidential mannerMust be innately collaborative and deadline driven, even while under pressure in a fast-paced, change-infused environmentResilient team player; motivated and committed personality with a high degree of reliability, trustworthiness and diligenceEnthusiasm for the potential of AI and a proactive approach to integrating AI tools into everyday workHighly proficient in Excel, Powerpoint and Word mail merges. Sharepoint experience is preferred
