Overview:
The Senior Human Resource Specialist is responsible for managing the employee life cycle (i.e., recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, and firing employees) and administering employee benefits.
Responsibilities:• Provides advice on controversial, precedent-setting, and unusually difficult classification matters.• Provides advice on interpretation of policies and regulations.• Assist in developing briefing and update materials for senior Army leadership• Assist the preparation and submission of recruitment packages for DASA DEC vacancies, tracking hiring actions from initiation through onboarding of new personnel.• Assist in the preparation, submission and tracking of awards and other personnel actions for DASA DEC government personnel as required.

Required:
• Bachelor's Degree• 5 years experience in HR• Requires Active Secret clearance
