This Opportunity:

Supports the organization by implementing and administering human resources programs and policies. Serves as a liaison between employees/managers of a business unit, division, or profit center and the corporate human resources function.

Performs work under general supervision. Handles moderately complex issues and problems, referring more complex issues to higher-level staff. Possesses solid working knowledge of subject matter.
Assists with implementing human resources programs by providing human resources services, which may include administration of compensation and benefits programs, training and development, employee or labor relations, and affirmative action/equal employment opportunity compliance. Assists with evaluating, developing and maintaining job descriptions; participates in salary surveys; and conducts research and analysis on market competitiveness, pay equity and trends. Administers the annual market compensation review, including benchmarking salaries and analyzing market data to inform pay decisions. Analyze large datasets from employee engagement and lifecycle surveys to identify trends and actionable insights. Researches, collects, compiles and analyzes data and metrics to streamline processes, identify trends and complete special projects. Provides consultative guidance and coaching to managers and employees on human resources-related matters, ensuring alignment with corporate policies, goals, and objectives. Conducts employee preboarding and facilitates onboarding and offboarding processes including setting up and conducting meetings. Assists with implementing organizational development, workforce and succession planning, training, and/or performance management strategies as developed by the parent organization. Supports maintenance and management for the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
Essential Qualifications:
Min 2 years experience working in an HR Professional or Analyst role Past experience in analyzing compensation trends and presenting/giving recommendations to leadership Knowledge of HRIS systems Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and to handle sensitive information with discretion. Ability to build collaborative relationships Technical and research skills including gathering salary data, data visualization and information on state and federal regulations. Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills Ability to foster teamwork Excellent time management skills with proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines with limited supervision. Strong attention to detail Must have a high school diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications:
